The 2002 Dom Perignon P2 vintage is remarkable for its ease on the palate and generous aromas of almond and powdered cocoa, notes of white fruit with hints of dried flowers. It has a rounded finish and full maturity. On the palate it gives off a fine balance between density and weightlessness and the taste lingers on with a sappy, spicy note.
