Nederburg Sauvignon Blanc is an excellent Sauvignon Blanc from one of South Africa’s most awarded Winerys. Nederburg Sauvignon Blanc is a pale lemon wine with a lime green tinge. This richly fruited wine has a bold flavour and structure. Nederburg’s Sauvignon Blanc has a bouquet of lemongrass and tropical fruit flavours with hints of herbaceous flavours. It has a medium-bodied palate with notes of ripe figs and an undertone of minerality. This delicious wine has a lingering finish with fresh acidity. This wine is excellent with seafood, chicken and salads, perfect for a hot summer’s evening.
