Bottega Gold – 75CL

Bottega Gold – 75cl is an Italian Prosecco Doc Brut sparkling wine, obtained by the vinification of white Glera grapes, grown in the Valdobbiadene hills, close to the Venetian Prealps, this area has the perfect climate for this native variety of grapes. Only the best grapes are handpicked from vineyards located on a hilly territory with a great landscape and a long wine-growing tradition. The grapes are then softly pressed in the winery and then stored in stainless steel containers at a low temperature to keep their freshness intact. The fermentation process happens in autoclaves for almost 40 days at a controlled temperature, and selected yeasts are added.
