This luscious Armand De Brignac (Ace Of Spade) Rose offers notes of orange peel flavour, slivered almond, black cherry fruit, fleur de sel, currants, strawberry, and star anise with a vibrant and lasting finish. It is a full-bodied and elegant blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay. The bouquet is well defined and, clear and quite fruity.
This champagne is one of the five non-vintage cuvees, which are sold in opaque metallic bottles produced by the Cattier house where only the tete de Cuvee of the press is used, ensuring the finest champagne. It is aged for several years on the second lees, thereby providing the well-structured and intense quality they have. The Champagne Armand de Brignac Rosé is crafted with Pinot Noir from old vines, planted in the Montagne de Reims, that produce fruit with powerful flavor intensity. This results in fresh layers of red fruits accompanied by aromas of baked pastry.
