The Antares Sauvignon Blanc is made up completely of Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the country of Chile which were prudently pressed to produce the fruity and fresh character that it is known for. The fermentation process is done in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 10°C to 12°C by making use of certain yeasts and this helps to develop certain flavors and aromas.
It has a pale lemon yellow color with highlights of green and scents of lime, pineapple, grapefruit, and melon. It is medium-bodied, it has a well-balanced acidity and has a fruity and soft palate.
The Sauvignon Blanc grape is a white wine grape from western France but it is now grown in wine regions worldwide.
