This richly fruited wine has a bold flavour and structure. Nederburg’s Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc has a bouquet of sweet red fruit and blackcurrant with a hint of spice and well integrated oak. It has a rich full-bodied palate with notes of ripe fruit, delicate oak spice flavours, velvety tannins and a lasting finish. This wine is excellent with robust dishes such as steaks, stews caseroles, roasts and mature cheeses.
